Coaching of the B2B Classic team in the efficient maintenance of the partner platform.

The aim was to use agile methods to make the development and operation of the old partner platform, which has a high support cost, more calculable and transparent. For this purpose, the classically working team was incorporated into the Scrum method. After 4 months, the team was able to deliver the platform faster, provide stakeholders with more accurate delivery data, identify and fix recurring tasks. The set goal was achieved in the best possible way and one can now invest more time in projects for replacement.

Customer Downloader

Integration eLicenser Technology

In this project the eLicenser copy protection technology was integrated at Steinberg. The aim of this project was to adapt the acquired technology to the in-house processes in order to integrate the copy protection system faster, easier and more cost-effectively. Furthermore, complicated workflows should be simplified for the end user.
